The following terms and conditions apply to purchases made from the DeVita Store Europe online shop. We suggest you print a copy to keep for your records.
These conditions set out the agreement between you and "us" (DeHolding) for purchases made from this website. To purchase from this site you may need to use a credit or debit card via PaySend. You will also need an email address as we will use this as the main way to keep in contact with you.
Please note in particular that: - Orders shall only be accepted from persons who are 18 or over.
Information on this website
Whilst we try to ensure that all descriptions, details, including prices, displayed on this website are correct and up to date, we cannot guarantee that they are. Details may be updated from time to time and are subject to change. You must ensure that prior to placing an order you have checked all relevant details about the products and/or services you have selected. We cannot confirm the price of a product until your order is accepted. All products and services advertised are subject to availability
The information displayed on this website, including prices, does not constitute an offer to contract or enter into an agreement. When you place an order via this website for products and/or services your order shall constitute an offer for the goods and/or services selected.
We shall not be obliged to accept your order. If we do, your order will be accepted by us despatching the product to you. Where products are sent separately, our acceptance will relate only to those products actually despatched. Confirmation of orders will be sent to the email address supplied by you when the order was placed.
Despite our best efforts, occasionally products in our online shop may be incorrectly priced. We do, however, verify prices as part of our despatch procedures. If we discover a pricing error, or there is a change in price before despatch, we will contact you to reconfirm your order at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you within a reasonable time, we may cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
You may cancel an order placed with the DeVita Store Europe online shop provided that we have not yet despatched the products ordered for a full refund.
Delivery & Charges
We can only deliver to a valid WorldWide address.
Delivery timescales cannot be guaranteed. There are certain circumstances where you order may be delayed:
--> Orders placed at the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will require at least one extra working day for delivery (for most postcodes, orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will normally be delivered on a Tuesday).
--> Any unforeseen stock shortages. If this happens, we will notify you of any delay.
--> Certain remote postcodes will require additional time for delivery.
--> If we cannot obtain immediate security clearance for payment of your order. The security of our customers is paramount so these checks are essential to combat fraudulent use of payment and address details
--> Delivery charges are as specified in your order.
Unless otherwise stated, all equipment purchased from this website is covered by a 12 month manufacturer's warranty from the date that it is delivered to you. In the unlikely event that you experience a fault or defect with your equipment in the first 12 months following purchase please contact email@example.com . This does not affect your statutory rights.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products and/or services ordered plus any applicable delivery charges.
One-off payment can be made by any of the following methods: Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, American Express, PaySend, Western Union, AliPay.
Payment will be taken from you when the order is placed.
You confirm that the credit, debit or store card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

1. Registration, Password and security
You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.
You must inform us of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your personal details.

You will be responsible for all activities and orders that occur or are submitted under your password. 2. Promotional offers
Certain offers are only available for a limited period and while stocks last. If your order is received after the offer period or the goods are no longer available at the offer price, we will notify you before we dispatch the goods. Refunds for goods purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price. Your statutory rights are not affected.

If you breach these Terms and Conditions and Devita Store Europe ignores this, Devita Store Europe will still be entitled to use its rights and remedies at a later date or in any other situation where you breach the Terms and Conditions.
Devita Store Europe shall not be responsible for any breach of these Terms and Conditions caused by circumstances beyond its control.
A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions but this shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gibraltar and any disputes will be decided only by the Gibraltar courts.
If any of these Terms and Conditions are held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Terms and Conditions which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Please read these product terms and conditions carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law and set out the terms under which Devita Store Europe makes the products available to you (“Product Terms”).
All orders shipped to the UK and EU Countries and have prices expressed in GBP (£) or Euro (€) are inclusive of any VAT and Duty payable unless otherwise stated. Goods sent to non-EEC countries such as the USA, Asia, Middle East and the like may be subject to additional taxes/duty when shipped to other countries. If you place an order outside the USA and EU countries, where the goods may be subject to tax/duty and you refuse to pay the tax/duty and/or any other charges on delivery or attempted delivery of goods ordered, resulting in the goods being returned or destroyed, Devita Store Europe will not refund the goods or shipping charges. Payment is made strictly with the order. All prices are subject to change without notice.
The www.devita-store.eu website is a bridge between the Russian DEHOLDINGS company selling the DEVITA line of bioresonance wellness devices, and the English speaking world. All products are ordered directly from the Russian company, we do not actually stock product. The DEHOLDINGS company now manufacture most of their products in Germany, with the main global distribution network in Greece. DEHOLDINGS have a non-refundable policy which we are obliged to honour. So, please DO NOT place an order if you are uncertain, as orders are placed the same day and from that point on are non-refundable.
If however, you place an order by mistake, then please write to email@example.com and we will try our best to refund the amount, before the order is actually placed with DEHOLDINGS.
If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you, but will notify you immediately and make amends either by returning your funds, or giving a delivery date when stocks are renewed.
The purchase contract is made on ordering and paying for the goods and delivery. You will be charged for the goods and delivery when you place your order. There will be no contract of any kind between you and us until you have purchased the goods. Up until payment, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason. At the moment the goods and delivery are paid for (and not before), a contract will be made between you and us.
Delivery of Products
a) We will arrange for delivery of the products you order by the method and to the address which you specify in the check out procedure. However, the time for delivery will not be essential to the contract between us.
b) If you do not take delivery of the products or supply adequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event, we will refund you the price of the products, but you will still be liable to pay any delivery charges.
c) All bioresonance devices are shipped from Greece or Russia to the rest of the world using UPS or EMS courier and a tracking number is supplied as soon as the items are sent.
Return of items
We hope you will be happy with your purchase. As we are a portal or bridge representing the DEHOLDINGS company based in Germany and Greece, and they have a strict NO-RETURN policy, please DO NOT order items if you are uncertain as they cannot be returned once the order is placed online.
All products are covered by a two-year guarantee, so if a device becomes defective then it should be returned to the main office in Greece where it will be repaired and returned to you. The customer will pay the freight charges for getting the device to Greece, but it will be returned with the company’s expenses. If you think a product is defective, please write to us first at firstname.lastname@example.org as often it may be something simple that we can help you rectify with simple instructions. Alternatively, we will give you full instructions and address to return the faulty item immediately.

Cancellation and changes
Please notify cancellation and changes to your order by emailing us immediately. If your order has not been processed then it will be possible to cancel or amend the order as requested. However, if the order has been processed and dispatched, then the goods cannot be refunded, so please do not order if you are uncertain. Orders are normally processed within 24 hours of placing the order online, so if you wish to cancel please email on the same day.
You can pay using our e-Commerce system by any Mastercard or Visa credit card or through PaySend, AliPay and Western Union. Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. Payment must be given at the time of placing your order.
Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items.
These Product Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Russia and any disputes will be decided only by the Russia courts.
If any of these Product Terms are held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Product Terms which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
